 French Marble Statue Clock

French black slate dial and clock case with attached statue of a Scholar. 27 inches high, 15 inches wide. Gold numerals incised to the black dial, original French hands, and good beveled glass in the cast sash. Back door is brass with cloth covered openings. 8 day French movement with outside count wheel strikes a nickel bell. Movement is unsigned. Circa 1870

Model not shown in any books. All original paint. Unusual Ram heads adorn the sides, with claw feet.

Vienna Regulator

8-day weight driven timepiece in very good condition. c.a. 1880. Two weight movement. Mahogany case with the original finish. Porcelain dial. All pieces appear original to the clock. Movement is unmarked but has Gustav Becker style keyhole mounts.
